Slow Drift
Slow Drift is the contemplative path created by ICF PCC coach Ira Sahai to provide refreshment and clarity to individuals. It helps individuals conquer burnout, find their way again, and transition through times of personal or professional change using expressive arts, blending with reflective practice exercises. A space for true introspection and meaningful transformation.
Duration: 12 weeks, featuring art-based projects along with fortnightly one-hour coaching sessions (Just a Random Duration needs to change once we get the correct info)
Audience: Creatives, professionals, and anyone experiencing transitions or burnout
Outcomes:
