This program is led by Ira Sahai – PCC-certified coach, psychodrama practioner, and former business leader at Microsoft. With over two decades of experience, she brings strategic grounding and emotional fluency to every session.

What it is:

A four-part program that brings expressive arts  drawing, story, image, movement  into
leadership and team development. It’s not about artistic skill. It’s about using creative methods to reflect, communicate, and lead with clarity. Participants learn how to surface difficult topics, process emotion, and unlock thinking that doesn’t show up on a slide.

Why it matters:

In high-performing teams, reflection is rare  yet essential. As pace increases, so does emotional load: burnout, misalignment, and unspoken tension. This program equips leaders and teams to slow down just enough to see clearly. It helps them hold complexity without stalling, navigate ambiguity with confidence, and strengthen team connection  especially when pressure is high and words fall short. Creative tools aren’t a soft alternative. They’re a fast, effective way to get to what matters  before it shows up as conflict, attrition, or missed signals.
