Ira Sahai brings over 25+ years of experience building leadership strategy across multiple verticals from Billion dollar corporations to Nonprofits. Her career spans leading a 4 billion USD profit centre  at Microsoft Middle east, to coaching emerging leaders in startups and social enterprises, and designing resilience programs for school students navigating climate anxiety and systemic pressure.

 

She is a PCC-certified coach (International Coaching Federation), trained in Psychodrama, Internal Family Systems, and Transactional Analysis. Her practice blends analytical thinking with experiential tools helping clients move through transitions with both structure and insight. Ira’s strength lies in building emotionally intelligent systems that work from inside the boardroom to the classroom.

We blend strategic coaching, expressive arts, and facilitation to help teams solve culture challenges before they turn into delivery problems. Our focus isn’t motivation. It’s direction that is emotional, operational, and structural. We don’t teach people how to perform leadership. We help them practice it.
